Rules and Regulations
- Description of Contest/Participation. How to Play: Enter online at www.seamist.com any time. You must complete the entry form online with name, address, phone# that you can be reached and email. A random drawing will take place each month pulling from entries from the previous month to choose a grand prize winner of a 2-day get away at Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort. Winner will be chosen from Internet entries. Drawing and contest will be conducted by Sea Mist Resort.
- Contest is open to legal U.S residents age 18 or older. Employees of Sea Mist and any affiliates, retailer, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family or household members of each are not eligible.
- Prize: Complimentary 2 nights and 3 days at Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort for two people in room with two double beds located across the street from the ocean. Winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred while on property that may be charged to the room such as food, gifts, ets. Acommodations are free. Winner must produce a valid driver's license. no cash equivalent for prize will be awarded. Prize is nontransferable and is not valid during certain holidays, peak periods, and during special Myrtle Beach events.
- Eligibility and Limitations. Open to legal US residents at least 18 years old. Employess of Sponsor, participating sponsors, media partners, and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws", or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extensio, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
- Internet. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized acces to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. In the event the online portion of the promotion is terminated for any reason, sponser reserves the right to award the prize from among all entries received prior to termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
- In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder, i.e., natural person, of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identification. Sponsor may requre that a potential winner provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of teh e-mail address and/or username associated with the winning entry.
- Publicity: Use of Personal Information. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Sea Mis Oceanfront Resort exclusive permission to place their first and last name, city and state, on www.seamist.com when in direct connection with promotion and waive any clams to royalty, right, or renumeration for suc use. By participating in the Promotion, participants may receive any upcoming specials available from Sea Mist only. Sea Mist, in no way will share or sell the personal information provided by participant to any one at any time for any reason.
- Mescellaneous. No purchase necessary to participate to win. Winners Listing: Winner will be poseted on www.seamist.com under "What's New" for at least 30 days after acknowledgement of winning.
